2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to verify your identity.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. You agree not to use Pinon Host for any unlawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
Hosting phishing sites or malware.
Hosting copyright-infringing content (DMCA violations).
Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to our servers or other user accounts.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund if these policies are violated.

4. Payments and Renewal

Services are provided on a pre-paid basis. Accounts will be automatically renewed unless cancelled regarding the specific billing cycle chosen during sign-up. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pinon Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
