1. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a straightforward 15-day money-back guarantee on all Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 15 days of your initial sign-up.
This applies to all subscription periods (monthly and annual) and all payment methods.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of digital goods and third-party costs, the following items are non-refundable:
- Domain Names: Domain registration fees are paid to the registry immediately and cannot be refunded.
- Software Licenses: Fees for third-party software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS) are non-refundable.
- Professional Services: Fees for migration or setup services that have already been performed.
3. Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Abuse
Important: In alignment with Paddle's policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
Refunds will be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including:
- Carding/Fraud: Using stolen credit cards or fake identities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute without contacting support first.
- Illegal Activities: Hosting illegal content, malware, or phishing sites.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk email.
